We're a branding and technology studio based in NYC, Hong Kong and Shanghai. Digital is part of our DNA. We’re here to unleash the power of a brand online and through mobile devices. Each partner brings over 10 years of experience in the industry. We've worked in New York. We've worked in Paris. We've worked in Hong Kong. We've tackled projects ranging from mobile to offline, front-end to back-end, software to hardware. In all cases, we’re about taking on the challenging projects, being the driving force of innovation, and delivering above expectations. The vision for the digital shop was simple--honest quality work with true innovation, true technology and true partnership.

TED SANDERS
President & Chief Technology Officer
Ted began his career in technology at Microsoft, which lead him to also work as a consultant for Cornell University and Digitas. With Ted's role in strategy and development, Sodamedia has developed projects for Viacom, Cartier, AT&T, IBM, and others which push the limits of the available platforms: large scale web-based audio/video chat, realtime and media intensive web applications, as well as hyperlocal mobile applications. Ted is a graduate of the University of Puget Sound where he received dual degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics.

VLADIMIR DUBKO
Creative Director
Vladimir worked as an art director in Moscow for two years before taking up an artist residency at Fabrica – Benetton’s Research and Communication Centre. He spent two years working in the Interactive Department, collaborating with young international artists for United Colors of Benetton online art projects. At Fabrica, he also created a series of illustrations, entitled “Clips & Heels” which began his career as a graphic artist. After Italy, Vladimir worked in both Moscow and Hong Kong as creative director, where he worked with local fashion brands, galleries and magazines. Vladimir is from Vitebsk, Belarus, where he graduated with a degree in communication design.
PAUL DIEN
VP, Brand Strategy
Paul is a new media and youth marketing consultant who works with organizations from both public and private sectors to develop innovative, creative marketing strategies. Most recently, Paul was the Director of Strategic Partnerships for the MTV Staying Alive Foundation, a global HIV prevention charity, where he was responsible for fundraising and marketing campaigns with partners such as H&M, the Body Shop, and Urban Outfitters. Prior to joining the Foundation he worked for both Conde Nast and MTV on the marketing side, where he created and executed a number of high profile marketing campaigns with clients such as HP, Vera Wang, Converse, J&J, Virgin Mobile, and many others. Paul earned his bachelor's degree in International Relations and Public Relations with honors from Syracuse University.

HAO ZHANG
Managing Director
Hao Zhang is a marketing consultant specializing in international and Chinese brand development. His unique expertise includes marketing strategy, market penetration, as well as negotiating skills for Western brands interested in the Chinese market. He’s consulted for a variety of luxury brands in the fashion, food and beverage industries. Prior to being a consultant, Hao worked for a marketing consulting firm, Oriental Marketing Services, based in Paris. After that, he was the chief representative for a French event management company, based in Shanghai. As a native Chinese who was mostly raised in Belgium, he is fluent in Chinese, French, and English. Hao earned a degree on Marketing Management from the EPHEC Business School in Brussels, Belgium.
